This final truth is the one that breaks most people:

Your niche doesn’t exist until someone **recognises themselves**.

And recognition doesn’t happen at the demographic level.  
It doesn’t happen at the job-title level.  
It doesn’t even happen at the problem level.

Recognition happens at the **identity level** —  
the world somebody lives in every day.

When your message matches someone’s:

- language  
- frustration  
- emotional loops  
- environment  
- cultural code  
- life stage  
- internal narrative  

… they recognise themselves instantly.

> “Holy shit… that’s me.”

That’s niching.  
Everything else is noise.
