Language is the fastest trust signal.
People trust who speaks like them.
Language creates immediate recognition when you match:
- how they describe their frustrations
- how they describe their pain
- how they describe their goals
- the technical words they use
- the emotional words they use
- the cultural references they use
This is why messages like:
“I help entrepreneurs optimise performance…”
…produce nothing internally.
But:
“I help SaaS engineers who code until midnight and still can’t switch their brain off…”
…hits instantly.
Because the language matches the world.
Language match is the second law.
